EURE: Latin American Journal of Regional Urban Studies

EURE Magazine is a magazine specialized in urban and regional studies, which has published original and cutting-edge research since 1971, referring to the territory in all its dimensions, favoring interdisciplinary research of interest and with high impact.

EURE receives works that consider relevant issues for Ibero-American countries and explicitly adopt a territorial dimension, offering novel contributions to the theoretical discussion through empirical works and the discussion of their results. EURE does not accept essays that exclusively propose a theoretical discussion or that present results without analyzing them, nor does it accept works of an exclusively local scope. Each manuscript is subject to a preliminary review and will be rejected if it does not meet any of the factors indicated in the Peer Review Process section. Before submitting a manuscript to the journal, it is suggested to review the indications about the preliminary review.

As a quarterly publication, EURE publishes papers on territorial organization and management in its urban, regional and local expressions, considering its environmental dimensions. In addition, it has achieved effective international dissemination, reaching most of the academic centers dedicated to the study of urban-regional development issues; this has allowed him to count on a regular basis with the collaboration of many of the most outstanding specialists in this field of specialization.

EURE Magazine has an International Advisory Committee made up of prominent professionals and researchers in the urban-regional area, and an Editorial Board that ensures the adequate level of its publications.

EURE is indexed by the following agencies: Web of Science (ex ISI), SCOPUS, SciELO-Scientific Electronic Library Online, RedAlyC, Elsevier Geo Abstracts, Sociological Abstracts, CLASE-Latin American Citations in Social Sciences and Humanities, Current Contents Social & Behavioral Sciences , HAPI-Hispanic American Periodicals Index, International Bibliography of the Social Sciences, Latindex, PAIS, Public Affairs Information Service.
