Aisthesis: Chilean Journal of Aesthetic Research

Aisthesis: Chilean Magazine of Aesthetic Research, from the Institute of Aesthetics of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, seeks to promote the development of aesthetic knowledge through the publication of unpublished scientific texts that, due to their originality, constitute a contribution to the discipline in its different currents and trends. Indeed, although philosophy continues to be its main genealogical reference, aesthetics has today become an interdisciplinary science, which seeks support in a vast spectrum of the humanities and social sciences to encompass, from the form as materialization of meaning, the great expressive powers of culture and, in general, all of its instances of symbolic production.
