The article presents a theoretical substratum of an action-research carried out by the Active Receipt Program of CENECA. The encounter of two systems, the School and the TV, is outlined as object of study, having as frame of reference the School Curriculum in its cultural and educational areas. Work hypothesis states that, in the educational world, especially among teachers, the potential of T.V. receipt (broadcasting) and his application in the curriculum has been progressively recognized with a role that is going beyond the didactic, and whose extracurricular scope is culturally enriching.
