It includes a brief review of antecedents on dreaming, dreams and art. Pleasure with dreaming, recalling dreams and their colours and perceiving the importance of dreams in creativity were the most outstanding findings. Subsequently, the paper focuses on the diverse forms of onirical expression in Latin American art.
