The magazine is aimed at professionals of all types who work on the most pressing issues of law (judges, academics, legislators, lawyers, advisors and decision makers, among others) who require instruments to solve legal problems in the public or private sphere. .
The eminently professional approach of its various sections provides a practical perspective on current affairs, promoting reflection, monitoring and commenting on new legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal trends.
The coverage preferably includes the different areas of law that are being cultivated in the LLM UC: constitutional law, regulatory law, tax law and company law. The above is not exclusive of other areas, such as private international law, arbitration and conflict resolution, public international law, human rights, labor law and commercial law, among others.
