ARS MEDICAL Revista de Ciencias Médicas is a quarterly refereed academic publication published by the School of Medicine of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Our mission is to promote knowledge and practice of the different areas and sub-disciplines of medicine, highlighting their implications in today's society. We are interested in original research that can have an impact on clinical practice and/or contribute to knowledge of the biology of diseases. We also publish comments, clinical cases and other content of interest to the medical and scientific community.
