Summary
The newly designed programs of teacher training place a significant amount of the responsibility on the educational field. How does the school handle this responsibility? How does the university take into account the dynamics of the classroom experience? This study was conducted in collaboration with seven primary and secondary schools highly involved in teacher training. The participants in the training; principals, teachers, supervisory professors and student teachers, originally met in small groups. The 164 respondents described the tasks involved and the activities of the trainees during a session. The practical school experiences illustrate the importance of a teacher-trainers team who can be sensitive to various aspects of the classroom experience. The theoretical training on the other hand, confirms the existing concern to carry out a follow-up of each trainee but, without taking into account the dynamics of the actual teaching environment.
