Summary
Introduction. Occupational health and industrial safety make up a binomial involved in minimizing occupational risks, preventing accidents and work-related illnesses. The analysis, detection and elimination of risks in workers help protect health and encourage production processes. Aim. Build the health and safety risk map at work for a manufacturing company in the City of Querétaro that allows promoting safe work and guarantees the health of workers. Methods. Descriptive research based on the stages of the SafeWork-OIT methodology. It was applied to 15 workers from a micro-business who signed the informed consent. Results. The 100% of the workers was male, average age of 26.5 years SD of 6.17. Work seniority from 6 months to 4 years. The manufacturing microenterprise faces four types of occupational risk: physical (noise and vibrations), chemical, ergonomic and psychosocial, which are associated with job insecurity, psychosocial and design factors, added to lifestyles that exacerbate the presence of risks at work. interior of the work center. Conclusions. The risk map is a useful tool in companies and for the work nurse. It provides the possibility of developing a process of continuous improvement, while evidencing the importance of continuing the investigation of situations faced by micro and medium-sized organizations, making it possible to implement educational actions for the prevention of occupational risks.
