Resumen

The mu/tiple equivoca/ uses of the word dignity invoke a clear need  to  clarify  the concept.  The etymology, the references and his utilization in the  history  of  the  humanity  crystallized the concept of Dignity with that  of  the  man.  The  dignity  signs  the  value  without  price  of the man to whom a singular respect is deserved. This  inherent  dignit y  in  every  human  being, from the beginning of his life up to his west , is fragile and has to be protected and promoted , the humanization answers to this need.
